About the role: Mayura Wagyu Steakhouse are looking for casual Kitchen Attendant to join their team. Mayura Wagyu Steakhouse is a multiple award-winning specialist Wagyu Beef Restaurant. The successful candidates will work under the supervision of the Head Chef/ Restaurant Manager and the Chef Team.

The successful candidates will work under the supervision of the Head Chef/ Restaurant Manager and Chef Team.

The Role:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist the Chef team in food preparation
• Undertake general cleaning duties of the kitchen including
  o Washing dishes, loading and unloading the industrial dishwasher
  o Ensure that all dishes and kitchen utensils are clean and stored appropriately
  o Always maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  o Empty all waste bins as required
  o Ensure benchtops, floors are clean and tidy
  o Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessaryMeet and greet customers in a professional manner
